PayPal is online trade which deals with transactions of money and payments.Its a business which has benefited those people who are taking studies abroad.They use online to send fees because if they use transportation method they are going to spend a lot of money.Its a faster way of sending money because delays are not experienced.If they are experiencing delay sending money its probably there is technical problems.The paypal froze my account a user of PayPal was complaining.If freezes if the money used to send is not enough.Its a sign to show that there is a problem which needs to be checked out.If you are tying to send money and there is non in your account,it starts to freeze.Those people who are messing with other people accounts and they put wrong information,it starts to freeze.The accounts starts to freeze if there are negative balance in your account.You should ensure you have enough amount in your account.If you have forgotten some information's about account and you put details which are not correct like password,it will start to freeze.
