Reason why many cell phones get damaged after they have been in water

There are a number of things that can cause a mobile phone to be wet. If it is a family that has a toddler, then the baby can dip the mobile phone in water as innocent act. As far as they know they are just having a good time playing with something that is very good to look at and their little brains tell them why not drop them in water. Another cause for a wet mobile is when someone who cannot swim is pushed in to a mass of water and they start drowning. It could be someone who can swim too and they happen to find themselves in water. Whatever the reason of a wet mobile is, the main thing is how to dry up the phone. The main mistake that people do when they mobile phone gets wet is that they do not remove the battery immediately it is fished out of water. Many phones get damaged because no precautions are taken after the phone is out of water. There is a lot of panicking when it gets in to water and that limits someone from thinking fast and doing the right thing.
