It is better to rectify things on time than mourn in future

I believe in taking measures where necessary in good time rather than waiting until there is a problem then I can find a solution to it. This I learnt from my mum after hearing a tragic story from her about the accidents that they had to go through at a tender age for their mother's own carelessness. I have to admit that before I was told about the tragic story, I never understood the value of time and would always wait until last minute to rectify things. But I am glad of the change that I underwent because today I do not like seeing the effect that comes to many people who like doing things at the last minute. I see many people ignore the services offered by portable appliance testing that major in electrical testing and inspection and can only mourn of the repercussions that follow their ignorance. But if people can be taught and take in the importance of rectifying things on time, there may not really be much to mourn for like has always been the case.
