How people get easily ripped of when it comes to paypal

If there is someone who likes taking enormous risks, it is my little sister. She started doing this when she defeated the hardest battle of all, cancer. She got diagnosed with cancer a year a go and when they got the tumor out, she still had to undergo major chemo therapy so that she can be able to feel better. Seven months later, she went in to remission and then two months later, her doctor declared that she was cancer free. That one year taught her that life is very short and that is why she risked nearly everything. Just the other day, she asked me if I knew the paypal help email. This was so that she can be able to tell them that someone has had access to her financial details. She asked me how that was possible and she said that she got an email that asked her for her financial details in order to prevent her account from being suspended and now she was worried that her account was wiped clean. What she does not realize is that I put only a small amount of money in her account every week so that if she decided to got to her ridiculous shopping sprees or even do something as dumb as giving unknown persons her financial information, then we would not be able to lose a lot of money.
