With the increasing insecurity rates in our country today, the least one can do is to be careful with their personal documents. So many people are gaining access to other’s documents and they are forging other documents which are in turn used to commit numerous crimes across the world. Say a passport for instance. In case your passport lands in the hands of these forgers, they may forge another passport and they may use your number to commit crimes out of the country. That is why it is always recommended that we report any loss of documents as soon as it occurs. Today, I do not need to ask ‘can i photocopy my naturalization certificate’, because I know that I cannot risk losing an original copy. As long as the original remains unaltered, photocopying is the best option, and one can carry the photocopy wherever they are going. The original documents should always be kept safely, unless they are required for verification. This is the only way we will reduce forgery cases in our country and reduce crime rates across the world. |

I have this great memory of my family when we decided to hire one of those motorhomes and to drive from our home in Rhode Island to Florida for the holidays. My dad had a great idea of renting this motorhome for a few weeks to make a family road trip to the Daytona beach area and Orlando area. We had so much fun the motorhome. My brother and I played games and watched movies the whole trip. It was really nice to have so much room on a trip. My family talked a lot and had a bunch of fun together which is priceless. I do not think any of us fought which each other the whole time. The drive went by fast and then before we knew it we were there. We then stayed at motorhome parks which were less pricey than hotels and actually really nice. We had a lot of fun on that trip that I will always remember. |

Everything these days requires some fee in order for us to get it. Travelling out of the country for fun or for business for instance is costly. You need to raise the passport fees to start with. Passport application is a very involving process and requires some fees in order to get everything ready by the time you want to use the passport. After that, you will need to get everything that you will travel along with, which is costly too. The ticket requires so much money as well. After boarding the plane, you will need to have some money on you to get to the place you are intending to visit once the plane lands in the other country. You will require some basic needs like food and shelter, which requires money too. It seems that travelling especially out of the country has been left to the rich only. The poor cannot afford all this money, especially today when we have the cost of living going very high everyday. Does it mean that the poor who like to have fun in travelling will never get that chance in life? |

If I could add one thing to my house it would be a composting toilet. I know at this time of year, people tend to be thinking of homewares and the like as it's so cold outside, but I'm thinking more practically - a composting toilet would save money because it does not use any water. It also saves money because it does not require a connection to a sewer or a septic tank. Composting toilets enrich the soil with human waste. Once composted for one year then the "humanure" is safe to use in your garden, around trees, or on your lawn as a rich and free source of organic fertilizer. Composting toilets can be as cheap as a five-gallon bucket underneath a toilet seat. This style would need to be emptied onto a compost pile daily but costs less than $10 to get started. Many businesses construct ready to use composting toilets that are easy to install. These types of models are more expensive up-front, but they have no recurring costs beyond a little time to empty them out every so often. Having a composting toilet would provide me the satisfaction of using my own waste to enrich my soil, as well as no longer polluting water sources or necessitating costly and energy intensive water reclamation. |

For those who have tried to invest in Thailand property, they have come to understand that Thailand has strict laws concerning its property. These strict Thailand laws regulate mainly the acquisition, transfer, and ownership of properties in this country either by citizens or foreigners. First, Thailand property laws placed a de facto that prohibits foreign nationals from owning Thailand land. This has since barred foreign nationals from acquiring Thailand lands thereby limiting their investment in Thailand real estate.
Though it is a rare circumstance, it may be technically possible for a foreign national to acquire Thailand property through freehold title. The law however does not completely hinder foreign nationals from buying Thailand property as it may sound now. There are quite a number of Thailand properties that foreign national s are allowed to acquire but only in freehold. Thailand laws identify freehold title as Chanote title. The Thailand laws allow foreign nationals who have acquired Thai condos to hold the Chanote of their real estate.
For Americans, the bilateral “US-Thai Treaty of Amity” between US and Thailand allow American citizens to own virtually 100 per cent of limited companies in Thailand. However, they are not allowed to own Thailand property in form of land. These restrictions in Thailand property have since made doing business, transferring title to property, and owning property in Thailand very cumbersome to undertake. For these reasons, it has become prudent for real estate developers or business people in Thailand to operate through Thais and Americans. However, the Thailand property still boom due to the new developments that are coming up daily. |

Medicare coverage can be very helpful in covering your medical costs up to some degree. There are gaps in the policy that may need to be covered by a supplemental medical insurance plan. These plans answer for your medical needs that are not covered by Part A & B of the Medicare health plan.
However you must know a few things about medigap insurance Coverage before you subscribe to a plan. These plans have standardized benefits but their premium rates may differ from every insurance company. Paying more for its premium will not get you more benefits. Every year the premium rates for these plans increase. Because these plans are coordinated with Medicare plans their rates are adjusted accordingly to keep up with inflation. One important tip in buying plans, choose the best benefits from Plan A to L and get the community-rated or issue-age rated Medigap plans. They are initially expensive but their rates do not increase as you get older. |

My office assistant Marge, the best assistant I ever had, was on maternity live and I was having a really hard time adjusting to her not being around and making sure that I has everything I needed. My work involves a lot of travel and Marge was the one who helped me prepare for my journeys. She made sure that I had all my traveling documents and she booked all my flights, she knew exactly what I preferred and she made sure I had just that. The new assistant I had was not incompetent, but she was not delivering either. She forgot about my passport renewal, and I was supposed to travel in two weeks. The worst part is that she wanted to send the passport through the mail so that it would be renewed even I knew that would take a long time. That is when to ask for help, I called Marge and apologized deeply for troubling and she did not mind. She told me that if I to go to an agency that was regional and they would be able to travel within two weeks. I did not even bother telling the new assistant to do it, I just did it myself because I knew the one person who could not mess the process was Marge and I. |
