The ethical issues governing pig roasters in the market

posted on 28 December 2011

The ethics knowledge is very vital to all people in the world today whether in business or employment as well as learning. Ethics application will always ensure that good morals are planted in the society and people are doing right things as required. Even in catering services there are ethical issues that people should always adhere to in order to provide good services. For example the caterers of hog roasts in Leicester should be ethical in their service provision to customers. Ethics in hog roast state that the providers should always treat customers with respect without neglecting them. They should not tell the customers not to eat hog roasts because they are bad or associated with evil. They should not serve roasts that have overstayed or stale to clients because they can get food poisoning hence ruining the service provision. The ethics dictates that customers are always right and they should be listened to even when they not right so as to retain them. They should not argue with the clients or take bribes from the customers for the exchange of good services.

A good caterer is one who is flexible and one who listens to his clients

A good caterer is one who is flexible. A caterer who can work with any kind of clientele that has a way of showing how flexible one is. There is a caterer in caterer in Nottingham who is that kind of caterer. He has catered for many types of parties and he never runs out of ideas. He says that most of the time he feeds off the ideas of his clients. They are the ones who know what they want and he lets them draw him a rough picture of what they want. He says that his clients like different foods and even those who like similar food like the food prepared differently. He listens to what they have to say and he puts all their desires in the cooking that they want. He says he does not think that vegan parties and vegetarian parties are hard to cater for. Listening to his clients is the most important thing in his book of catering. Vegetarians have very delicious food and they tell him what they want.

From a lively home country to an extreme boring one.

I moved in to this country three years ago and still, I am yet to get used to the people's way of life here. Things are so different from where I come from, although it is expected considering the distance from my country to this country. Here, everybody is busy trying to make a living. They do not have social gatherings even over the weekends to relax their minds and to get together or an afternoon tea surrey like the one in my home country. Over the weekends, people here either travel with their families, or attend parties, although these parties are nothing compared to what we have in my home country. Its really boring especially when one has been used to the things that happen back at my home. People rarely visit each other, and the visiting we have are only the ones formed in churches, where they visit people from their own church. I have got used to the whole thing, although its quite boring and I have now dedicated my whole self to my work, after all I came here only to work.
