Machine Quilting
In this class you will learn how to prepare and pin-baste
a quilt for machine quilting and how to use the walking foot.Most of the emphasis will be on free-motion
quilting.The project is a sampler of
different machine quilting techniques.Some quilting designs will be marked but mostly we will be learning
designs that will not be marked.We will
discuss quilting designs that accentuate and complement quilts.

perfect flying geese. We will make two different sizes of flying
geese. Then we will explore color placement to create many different
looking blocks. Variable placement of dark, light, and medium value
fabrics gives each of the blocks its unique look. What fun! You may
choose the size quilt that you want to make.
