I purchased a phone two weeks ago from a retailer in town. After a few days, the phone stopped working. Its not as if the phone fell, but it stopped working out of the blues. I have been going to and from the retailer's shop and it seems he is not willing to give me a refund. I am still withing the grace period offered by the retailer after purchase, therefore I demand a refund for my money so that I can purchase another phone. According to consumer advice refunds are given in such situations as mine. Retailers are yet to learn this from the law, but I am contemplating on filing a complaint to the consumer rights advocates so that I can stop wasting so much time with the retailer. Why do traders prefer to face the law that to respect the consumer rights while they know that they stand to lose after they are found guilty? I am sure that the retailer will lose so much but he cannot agree to settle outside a court room. Traders think that consumer rights protection law is a joke, but they are yet to prove that. |

Are you looking for ways to get very cheap auto insurance rates on adequate coverage? Then you will need to take a look at the following...
i. It is important that you pick a vehicle that is considered a low risk. Such vehicles have certain characteristics: They are usually NOT much targetted by car thieves. They usually have high safety ratings. They are relatively inexpensive vehicles.
ii. It is very important that you keep your mileage as low as possible. A very high mileage count could only mean one thing for your rates: It will be much higher than if you had a low mileage.
iii. Be careful about filing petty claims. Don't forget that you are building a claims history with each claim you file or don't file. If you can stay without filing a claim for three years or more you could get a no claims bonus. So weigh your options and decide which will serve you better: Filing those claims and getting the bonus. |

Anything written down is good enough and it does not matter what kind of paper it is written on as long as it is legible. Since time immemorial people have been known to put down the happenings of the times and more so what they feel or think about a certain issue in the society. We read books like Romeo and Juliet because Shakespeare wrote what he thought of at the moment. The book has been read from generation to the next and it does not get old at all. Every person in the world can get the history of the United Kingdom and the rest of the history of the world because some one cared to write everything down. Writers therefore have a big place in the society and their work remains long after they have gone from the face of the earth. On other matters writing is that one can outsource article writers for projects that he may have through a call center. The reason why outsourcing for articles is important is because one gets quality work. This is because no one would want to give out a shoddy piece of writing. |

Chevy's entry into electric car market in the shape of Volt has had a good initial response. However, a close analysis by the Fuel Cardresearch team also confirms that the critics of Chevy Volt are of the view that Chevy Volt is not an emission-free car and hence it cannot be compared with the technological wonder of Nissan Leaf.
Setting to rest all confusion surrounding its future plans for emission-free car, the GM CEO Daniel Akerson has confirmed tin Detroit Auto that the GM is developing an all electric car that will be zero-emission free and hence will have zero-carbon footprint. This model will be a direct competitor to the Nissan Leaf.
Apart from this, GM also intends to start exporting Chevy Volt to China from next year and it is actively pursuing manufacturing plans in China to ensure that more and more electric models are developed, manufactured and sold in the Chinese market. |
